What are the working hours?

  • Monday-Friday: 09:00 to 20:00;
  • Saturday, Sunday - closed for the weekend*;

* The orders made during the weekend will be processed on Monday.


How do I sign up?

If this is your first time ordering from our store, you will need to sign up.

To sign up, please follow the “Log In” or “Sign up” links in the site’s top menu. You will be offered to create an account on this page. Please follow the instructions on the site.

What are the advantages of signing up?

Registration is required for ordering in the online store.

After signing up, you will be able to use all of the following features: add the products you’ve liked to Favorites, track the status of current orders, save and access your purchase history in your account, manage addresses and delivery methods, get personalized discounts and gifts, information on promotions and sales and more.

You will only need to sign up once. After registration, you will receive a letter with your login and password. Your email address will be used as your account name.

The personal data that you specify during the registration process are strictly confidential, and they will not be disclosed without your permission to third-party organizations and/or persons.

How do I change my registration data?

You can change your registration data on your account page. The page contains the following sections:

  • Personal Information: last name, first name and middle name, e-mail address, as well as the date of birth if it was not indicated at the time of registration;
  • Addresses: main address and additional shipping addresses;
  • Subscriptions: subscriptions to weekly newsletters and daily sale notifications.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Go to the password recovery page and enter the e-mail address provided during the registration.

The letter with password reset instructions will be sent to the specified email.


How do I make an order?

To order, you can use the way most convenient to you: choose a section in the catalog on the main page or use the search feature. Find the product you are interested in. If necessary, read the detailed product description. Click the "Add to Cart" button in order to add the selected item to the cart. On the shopping cart page, you can specify the required number of units for each product.

To check out, please follow the following steps:

  • fill out the form;
  • choose a delivery method;
  • specify the shipping address and contact data (the defaults can be specified in your account), or select the personal pick-up option;
  • choose a payment method;
  • make sure all data is entered correctly and confirm your order.

Be sure to read and accept the Terms of Service, and then click the "Confirm" button to send the order for processing. An email will be sent to your specified address.

How do I check the status of my order?

Go to your account and see the "My Orders" section. Here you can see the complete history of your orders.

I don't remember what I ordered. Where do I look?

You can see the history of your orders at our online store in the "My orders" section of your account page.

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?

You can opt out of receiving information and newsletters on your personal account page by selecting the "Subscriptions" item.

The website indicates that the product is out of stock, is it possible to order it?

You can leave your email address and we will contact you as soon as the product becomes available.

How do I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or modify your order by calling +38 (067) 823 9090.

You can change the order before it is paid for.

Can the cost of the order change during its processing?

The cost of the order is verified at the time of registration with our manager; it remains unchanged until delivery and payment. Also, the promotional offers that were valid at the time of ordering will be applied to the order.

Is it possible to order goods with shipment to another country?

You can order the delivery of your order to another country at your own expense.

Do you have an offline store where I can come and browse the goods without placing an order?

At the moment, we only have an online store with a possibility of local pickup. All products can be ordered here.


Is there warranty for the goods purchased in the online store?

Yes, there is warranty.


You can always return any item purchased in our store within 14 days from the date of receipt, without specifying the reason for the return (reference to the Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection).

Conditions for return of goods:

the product was not in use;

a receipt of payment and waybill must be retained (to clarify with accounting: form of waybills and other documents certifying the purchase);

all labels must be intact.

In order to return a product, please contact us by any of our phone numbers or write an email to, fill in a return form and ship the product back to us. Within 10 business days after we receive the goods, you will be refunded. In case of returns, all transportation costs are borne by the buyer.

We always inspect our products for damage before shipment. If you did receive a defective product, please take a picture of the defect and send the photo to with specification of the number of your order. After filling out the return form, you will need to ship the defective product back to us. Within 10 business days after we receive the goods, you will receive a replacement or you will be refunded. Refunds are done exclusively by transferring the funds to the Customer's card.

Attention! The color shades, fabric patterns and accessories may sometimes slightly differ from the pictures on the website, and may vary from batch to batch. In case the received item corresponds to the ordered model and color as a whole, such product is not eligible for returns and refunds.
